1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyFin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyFin mobile application, web dashboard, browser extensions, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SME CUBE LTD ("MyFin", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use MyFin. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, PIN, and authentication methods. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

• One active mobile device session.
• One active browser extension session.
• Up to 50 MB of secure vault storage.
• Access to selected core features.

Pro Plan:

• Multiple active device sessions (subject to reasonable use).
• Multiple browser extension sessions.
• Increased vault storage (currently up to 200 MB).
• Premium features and priority enhancements.

5. Billing and Renewals

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are processed by Google using Google Play Billing. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period selected at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

6. Refund Policy

Payments made through Google Play are subject to Google's applicable payment and refund policies. Where permitted by law, we do not directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Google Play.

7. Your Financial Information

MyFin is a personal finance management platform. You remain solely responsible for all financial records entered into the application, verifying calculations, and maintaining backup copies. MyFin does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting your PIN, securing your devices, logging out of unused devices, and reviewing active login sessions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer software, upload malicious code, or circumvent subscription mechanisms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, branding, software, logos, interfaces, and documentation are owned by SME CUBE LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or security risks. You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SME CUBE LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

15. Privacy

Your use of MyFin is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to the Services

We may update, improve, or modify features of the Services from time to time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective on the published Effective Date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be subject to good-faith informal discussions before pursuing jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.
